Synod
In 1992, the Diocesan Synod adopted the practice of holding the business portion of the Synod once every two years. In the intervening year, the education portion of Synod, known as Faith Horizons, is held. Synod is attended by clergy, elected lay delegates from parishes and Diocesan Council appointees. Faith Horizons is attended by clergy, lay delegates to Synod and the Church at large.
The 110th Session of the Synod of the Diocese of Rupert's Land has been called for September 30, October 1 & 2, 2010.
