Discerning Gifts for Ministry
Each baptized Christian is called to ministry. The Baptismal Covenant expresses our fundamental relationship to God i terms of the mission which we are part of carrying out. At the same time Christians are endowed with God-given gifts for ministry that equip them as bearers of God's mission.
Healthy parishes are ones that assist Christians to discern, develop and put into practice their gifts for ministry. To assist congregations in this work we have listed a variety of resources below.
