Common Ministry and Mission is the title given to an ongoing project to establish a fair, collaborative and transparent budgetary process within the Diocese. In particular, work has been progressing since 2006 to establish a fair and equitable system of parish apportionments.
Direction #5 of the Way Forward declares that the Diocese will, "Develop and implement a fair apportionment policy to ensure equitable support from all parishes in the diocese for Diocesan-wide ministry and mission." See Way Forward documents listed on the Mission of the Diocese page.
